DIRGHAYU - Pensioners' Mobile App for Easy Access to Services
DIRGHAYU is a mobile app developed by the National Informatics Centre, specifically designed for pensioners and family pensioners to conveniently access various services provided by the Central Pension Accounting Office (CPAO). Available on the Android platform, this free app allows pensioners to register by providing their PPO number, date of birth, and date of retirement or date of death for family pensioners.

DIRGHAYU offers easy navigation to important details such as basic pension, number of revisions, last amount paid, and the date of the last updated life certificate. It also provides a list of all SSAs issued for a particular pensioner, allowing users to download available SSAs in PDF format. Additionally, pensioners can view a list of all registered help requests and check their status.
